We’re currently partnering with an amazing client and looking for a Senior Backend Developer with Golang to join a highly skilled team working on a cutting-edge FinTech platform. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement backend services in an event-driven microservices architecture • Develop high-performance microservices using Golang • Collaborate closely with platform engineers to establish new services • Monitor and resolve production issues and alerts • Contribute to architecture and best practices discussions Requirements: • 5+ years of backend development experience, ideally within the FinTech sector • Strong proficiency in Golang • Solid understanding of SQL and relational database schema design • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills • Ability to work independently and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments Nice to Have: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience • Background in banking-as-a-service, brokerage-as-a-service, or payment-as-a-service solutions • Exposure to digital assets and crypto-related technologies As Humans, we are focused on giving you different perks and better ones such as: - An extra salary per year (15º month); - Budget for your personal improvement such as Training; - Health insurance because we got your back; - Vacations that increase, year after year; - Mobility Program (We’ll explain it to you later, hahahaha).
