Descrição da Função

Role: Create/update the Marketing & Communication materials for both digital and printed channels (such as brochures, social media, presentations, reports, website, merchandise, etc.). Ensure brand coherence across all communication channels. Work closely to the HR department on internal campaigns and events Profile: – Degree in Graphic Design, Media, Communication Design or equivalent; – 7 years or more of experience in graphic design (agency experience is a plus); – Highly proficient with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); – Knowledge about brand Cis and how to respect them; – Cross-media thinking, as well as strong visual imagination and implementation skills; – Attention to detail, high quality expectations; – You have artistic flair and a keen eye for evolving a brand image and implementing high quality illustrations - You adopt a growth mindset, maintaining an up to date knowledge of market & design trends and innovate tools; - You are highly organized and have a strong attention to detail; - You are a self-starter, proactive and self-motivated. You will: – Lead our graphic design strategy and implementation; – Design and produce high quality graphics for both digital (social media, email, marketing, display ads, website) and physical marketing materials (catalogues, leflets and tradeshow displays). Additionally, scale existing designs to maintain consistency and effectiveness across different mediums; – Strong collaboration with Content Managers and Communication teams to improve asset performance and influence lower part of the sales funnel; – Implement brand consistency across all design deliverables, championing a consistent brand identify across the business; – Own the creative process, taking briefs from concept to completion; – Continuously develop and refine our design concepts to ensure they connect with our user base.
