"ABOUT THE ROLE This position is responsible for launching and managing Zumub’s logistics operations in Italy. The role includes setting up the Milan warehouse, building the operational team, and ensuring efficient day-to-day logistics execution. RESPONSIBILITIES Warehouse setup and launch in Milan Full management of receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations Recruitment, training, and supervision of warehouse teams Definition of operational workflows and procedures Management of logistics partners and carriers KPI monitoring and performance reporting Coordination with headquarters departments Legal, fiscal, and bureaucratic compliance Administrative operational support CANDIDATE PROFILE Fluent Italian (mandatory) Fluent English; Portuguese is an advantage Experience in logistics, warehouse, operations, or supply chain management Background in e-commerce, fulfillment, 3PL, or retail preferred Proven leadership of operational teams Strong execution and organizational capabilities Practical, hands-on approach High autonomy and accountability BENEFITS Competitive salary with performance incentives Career progression opportunities Direct involvement in strategic decisions Employee discounts, health insurance, and benefits Location: Milan, Italy (on-site).
