Adecco Recruitment is looking for a Head of Quality (M/F) for a food industry located in Trofa.   Main responsibilities - Develop and implement quality strategies that align with customer expectations and needs; - Technical evaluation, monitoring of change processes, and licensing (new lines, new equipment, new processes); - Supervise all stages of the product lifecycle to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards; - Work closely with teams to develop and implement product quality specifications; - Stay updated with sector innovations and government regulations to ensure products comply with best practices and current standards; - Develop and implement quality management systems to optimize production processes and ensure product quality consistency; - Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing continuous improvement processes; - Manage teams of product quality control technicians, legal requirements, labeling, and management systems; - Train teams on best practices for quality and food safety.   Requirements - Higher education in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or similar fields; - Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in similar roles within the food industry (mandatory); - Deep knowledge of food safety standards and regulations (HACCP, IFS, MSC/ASC, and HALAL); - Professional experience in team management; - Fluency in English (mandatory) and Spanish (preferred); - Strong planning and organizational skills; - Excellent leadership and communication skills; - Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently; - High level of dynamism and proactivity; - Attention to detail and commitment to excellence; - Availability for travel; - Drivers license.
