We are looking for a talented Head of Technical Textile Procurement to join their dynamic team and contribute to challenging and impactful projects. Responsabilidades - Oversee procurement and sourcing of fabrics, trims, and garment suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness. - Develop and optimize textile materials for uniforms, corporate garments, and formal wear. - Conduct costing analysis to achieve competitive pricing while maintaining quality standards. - Prepare and manage technical sheets for product specifications, ensuring compliance with industry and company standards. - Collaborate with design and production teams to enhance product development and manufacturing efficiency. - Ensure all sourced materials meet durability, sustainability, and performance requirements. Requisitos - Educational Excellence: A degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, or a related field. - Experience That Counts: Over 5 years of hands-on proven experience in uniforms, corporate garment textiles and formal wear. - Global Sourcing Skills: Strong expertise in Procurement, Sourcing, and worldwide supplier negotiations, implementing effective purchasing strategies. - In-depth knowledge of fabric properties, garment construction, and manufacturing processes. - Textile Fibre Mastery: A deep understanding of how different textile fibers behave and perform. - Design & Development: Proven experience in creating classic men's and women's clothes and uniforms that stand the test of time. - Budget Savvy: A keen ability to plan, manage, and execute textile projects within budget. - Ability to prepare and analyse costing sheets and technical documents. - Fluent in English: Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
