Responsibilities • Provide customer support through chat, voice, and email, ensuring a high standard of service; • Address customer inquiries regarding products and services; • Manage complaints and deliver quick, effective solutions; • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the internal system; • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues; • Contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements • Minimum education: High school diploma (12th grade or equivalent); • Previous experience in call center or customer service roles (preferred); • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew; • Proficiency in English (C1); • Basic computer skills and ability to work with digital tools; • Availability to work rotating shifts with rotating days off (27/7); • Customer-focused mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
