Work from Lisbon, Portugal Office-based role 24/7 rotational shifts As a Content Moderator with Hebrew and English, your role will be to review and moderate content posted on social media, making sure it follows community guidelines and helps keep the platform safe for users. Your responsibilities will include: Reviewing videos and checking whether they follow community guidelines. Tagging content correctly when it violates platform rules. Moderating different types of content, including video, audio, comments, links, users, underage-related content, and suggested content. Helping ensure the safety and integrity of the platform. Supporting a smooth and safe experience for users. Please note that this role may involve exposure to sensitive content, including vulgar content, violence, pornography, and fake news. Requirements: Hebrew at a native level. English language skills, as the training is conducted in English. Availability to work full-time from the office in Lisbon. Availability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift system. Attention to detail and a responsible approach to sensitive content. Working conditions: Full-time work: 40 hours per week. 8 hours per day plus an additional lunch break. Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday, 24/7. Portuguese public holidays apply. Holiday entitlement according to Portuguese law. If you work on a Portuguese public holiday, you may receive a compensation day, subject to project approval. What the employer offers: Portuguese employment contract with a foreseeable duration of 12 months. Possibility of a permanent contract after 2 years. Health insurance from the first day of the employment contract. Christmas and holiday allowances paid monthly. Meal allowance of 7 EUR per working day, paid by debit card. Salary with company accommodation: Base salary: 1135 EUR gross/month. Christmas allowance: 94.58 EUR gross/month. Holiday allowance: 94.58 EUR gross/month. Meal allowance: 154 EUR/month, example based on 22 working days. Apartment benefit-in-kind: 200 EUR. Total package compensation, including benefits-in-kind: 1678.16 EUR. Total gross cash compensation: 1478.16 EUR. Salary without company accommodation: Base salary: 1383 EUR gross/month. Christmas allowance: 115.25 EUR gross/month. Holiday allowance: 115.25 EUR gross/month. Meal allowance: 154 EUR/month, example based on 22 working days. Total gross cash compensation: 1767.50 EUR.
