As part of this project, you’ll support a forward-thinking team focused on innovation, security, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. As a Customer Support you will: • Help customers by answering their questions and solving issues via phone, chat, and email • Keep records of each case in the system, including the problem, how it was resolved, and any follow-up needed • Use your understanding of digital wallet services to quickly find solutions and support customers in the best way possible Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance): • 1100€ gross x 12 months -basic salary • 2 extra salaries per year (+2600€) • 80€ fixed project bonus • meal allowance: 7,23€ NET/day in a voucher card (approx 145€ NET/month) • 20 €/month – Transport allowance What do we offer? • Possible start date: 10.07 (10th July) • Fixed term, renewable full time employment contract for 6 months (according to the Portuguese law) • PRIVATE Life friendly working schedule: : Monday -Friday (8:00 –19:00)-40h/5days per week incl.
