We are looking for a dedicated housekeeper to join our team in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the rooms and common areas of the hotel in accordance with the establishment's quality standards. Responsibilities: • Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities • Clean and maintain common areas of the hotel, including hallways, lobbies, and restrooms • Follow the hotel's cleaning and hygiene protocols • Report any maintenance issues or damages to the management • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction Required Qualifications: • Previous experience as a housekeeper in a luxury establishment is a plus • Fluent in English (French is a plus) • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and handle stress • Knowledge of cleaning and hygiene standards What We Offer: • A pleasant and professional working environment • A team dedicated to quality service • A competitive salary • Opportunities for training and professional development
