We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist for a client in Porto. Are you someone driven and with a passion for HR administrative tasks? Do you have experience in Shared Service Centers? Tasks: Delivering the best employee experience during all HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, employees enquires); Coordinate the payroll process; Help in the recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening and interviewing when needed; Collaborate with the hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely and efficient hiring; Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures, as well as HR Records and documentation. Attendance control; You need to have/be: Fluent in English (C1); Bachelor or masters degree in Human Resources or similar field; 3+ years professional experience; Knowledge of Portuguese labor legislation laws; Good Excel knowledge (mandatory); Customer Focus: internal & external; Good Planning and Organization skills; Able to multitask.
