Kelly is currently recruiting an HR Manager for our client, a company focused on cybersecurity solutions. Location: Remote, but you must be in Portugal Contract: Permanent Salary: Negotiable HR management (operational wise) along with a full commitment on the best practices for employee personal growth and development, ensuring that all immediate needs and procedures are met as well as actively participating in long-term HR strategy. Your Responsibilities: * Lead recruitment and selection, admission and onboarding processes. * Carry out and coordinate HR administrative processes * Participation in the development and implementation of strategies inherent to the employee's lifecycle, such as career management and evolution, employee development and growth and exit management; * Ensure the well-being of employees and promote their engagement; * Ability to analyze trends and metrics to propose and develop solutions tailored to each person and team; * Training/courses/certifications related with "Happiness Management"n(a good plus, but not mandatory); * Extensive knowledge of labor legislation * English Level B2 Your Profile: * 2-3 years in a similar role; * Experience with technical and/or cybersecurity roles; * Bachelor's or Master's degree in areas such as Human Resource, Management and Psychology; * Strong Communication Skills; * Proactive and innovative in solving HR and operational challenges; * Continuous learner, keeping up-to-date with the latest in HR trends; * Time Management A Kelly Services atua na qualidade de Agência de Emprego, em relação à presente oferta.
