As a HR Operations Trainee, you will be involved with:

  • Support in administrative HR tasks (admissions, work contracts, salary alterations, legal documentation);
  • Collaborate in the payroll process;
  • Support in the management of IEFP trainees;
  • Update and maintain the employee's database and reporting dashboards (headcount, turnover, costs, etc);
  • Participation in the onboarding process, including documentation and integration of new joiners;
  • Support in the management of the attendance system (monitoring schedules, vacations, absences and adaptability plans);
  • Collaborate in the preparation of internal and external audits (documentation, evidence, compliance);
  • Support the digitalization and continuous improvement of HR Operations processes.

Perfil

  • Bachelor´s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management or similar;
  • Knowledge on the work legislation and basic notions regarding payroll;
  • Good knowledge in Excel and HR digital tools will be an asset;
  • Good English skills (written and spoken);
  • Good communication skills and team player attitude.
  • Eligible to do an IEFP internship (mandatory).
