ManpowerGroup is recruiting HR Supervisors for Contact Center to work in ours client facilities in Braga. Responsibilities: • Onboard new employees • Answer questions from staff and provide guidance and feedback • Devise ways to optimize procedures and keep staff motivated • Ensure adherence to policies for attendance, established procedures etc. • Keep management informed on issues and problems • Prepare monthly/annual results and performance reports • Ensure management & procedures about human resources, labor legislation and financial. • Together with Operations On site your mission will be to implement improvement and follow-up action plans in order to improve operational performance and team development. Requirements and skills: • Proven experience as call center supervisor or similar supervisory position • Experience in customer service is essential • Proficient in English; Good knowledge of additional languages will be a definite plus • Working knowledge of MS Office • Tech savvy with knowledge of telephone equipment and relevant computer programs • Knowledge of performance evaluation procedures • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities • A results-oriented approach • Excellent organizational and leadership skills • Ability to work under pressure • Availability to work rotating hours (7am - 9pm) including weekends, with two days off. • This is an on-site position - there is no possibility of remote / hybrid work What we offer: • Strong possibility of career progression; • Initial and continuous training; • Work contract – Full time position; • Opportunity to work in a multicultural environment.
