Universal Kraft is a global leader in renewable energy projects, and we are now looking for a highly qualified and detail-oriented Human Resources Technician to support our Human Resources team in the Oporto office. PROFILE: We are seeking a proactive and responsible Human Resources Technician to perform a variety of HR and administrative tasks. You will support the HR team with employee records, recruitment processes, payroll preparation, and more. If you’re organized, quick to learn, and can contribute effectively in a dynamic team environment, we want to meet you! REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience as an HR Administrative Assistant, HR Assistant, HR Technician or similar role. Familiarity with Recruitment Platforms Experience with payroll processing and handling employee records. Proficiency in MS Office Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). High School degree or equivalent; additional qualification in HR or Administrative support will be a plus. Professional or academic training in Human Resources valued. Conducts all job responsibilities with the highest degree of confidentiality Quick learner with a proactive attitude. Fluent in English. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides day to day HR administrative support including but not limited to; Assist in the recruitment process, maintaining applicant records. Maintain employee records (digital and physical), ensuring accuracy Coordinate employee benefits, including liaising with external providers. Submit and reconcile HR expense reports. Provide general administrative support to the HR team Job descriptions creation/updates on job sites Collect and compile relevant variables for payroll processing Prepare payroll files for submission to the payroll. Request and collect required documentation from new hires. Communicate new hires' information to the medical consultation provider.
