Descrição da Função

Profile: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; - 5 or more years of experience in IAM/IGA platforms (design, development, deployment, and support); - Proven experience leading IAM initiatives or technical teams in medium to large-scale programs; - Strong knowledge of IAM architecture, access governance, privileged access management, and Zero Trust; - Experience across identity lifecycle, provisioning, authentication, authorization, access reviews, auditing, and reporting; - Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as Saviynt and CyberArk (preferred), and others like SailPoint, Ping, or Okta; - Experience with programming/scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, Java, and JavaScript; - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP; - Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Terraform, and Ansible; - Knowledge of APIs and protocols including REST, SOAP, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and LDAP; - Experience integrating with HR systems, ServiceNow, Active Directory/Azure AD, and cloud platforms; - Strong troubleshooting skills across complex technical and operational issues; - Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholders and clients; - Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic environments. Responsibilities: - Lead IAM architecture, defining strategy and evaluating platform alternatives; - Design and develop AI-driven solutions for intelligent access decisions and anomaly detection; - Define identity roadmaps and future-state initiatives; - Design and develop custom services, integrations, and data pipelines; - Build solutions for identity ingestion and automated provisioning workflows; - Develop scripts and procedures for continuous improvement; - Lead Cyber Security Managed Services teams and ensure service delivery; - Manage client relationships and stakeholder communication; - Ensure delivery meets service-level objectives and business targets; - Troubleshoot complex issues and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors; - Ensure platform stability, scalability, and audit compliance; - Support business development activities, including proposals, sizing, and SOW creation; - Identify opportunities for service expansion and contribute to practice development initiatives.
