Incident & Problem Manager
Perfil
- • Experience with digital channels and communication with backends- SOAP, REST, JSON, APIs and others;
- • Experience in incident management in production environment and ticket management (SCOP);
- • Familiarity with Apiegee and Google Cloud its a plus;
- • Hybrid regime;
- • Willingness to travel;
- • Good level of English (C1);
