Perfil

• Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound telephone inquiries from insurance clients.
• Manage and update information regarding policies, claims, and customer requests in accordance with industry procedures.
• Deliver empathetic, clear, and efficient customer service.

Competências

• Requirements & Skills:
• Languages: Native Spanish speaker + Fluent English (minimum B2 level, mandatory).
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail, strong organization, accuracy, and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Previous experience in Call Centers or the Insurance sector is highly valued.

Oferta

• What We Offer (Benefits)
• Attractive Compensation Package:
• Base Salary: €1,000 / month
• Performance Bonus: up to €150 / month
• Meal Allowance: €8.76 / day
• Schedule: Rotating shifts between 08:00 AM and 08:00 PM
• Days Off: Fixed weekends off
• Work Location: On-site at Rua Miguel Serrano, 7, Floor 3, Edifício Miraflores Premium III, 1495-173 Algés
