Descrição da Função

Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile: Main Tasks and Responsibilities: * Deliver L3 platform operations support, managing escalated tickets, performing root cause analysis (RCA), and resolving complex incidents within defined SLAs; * Manage MuleSoft integration platform capacity, performance, and scalability across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, OpenShift); * Execute deployment, release, and production change activities while developing automation scripts for repetitive operational tasks; * Maintain operational documentation (SOPs), monitor service KPIs, and drive continuous improvement and platform stability in an international context. Profile: * Degree in Computer Science or similar; * Minimum of 5 years of experience in MuleSoft platform management and L3 operations (non-development focus); * Solid hands-on expertise in MuleSoft Flex Gateway, Terraform, OpenShift, GitHub, and API security protocols (OAuth, OpenID); * Solid background in multi-cloud basics (AWS, Azure), ITIL processes, and Argo CI/CD; * Fluent English level (mandatory), both written and spoken (C1 level); * Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and synthesis skills to operate effectively in an international, multicultural environment; * Highly autonomous and proactive profile with advanced troubleshooting capabilities and flexibility for occasional on-call support or travel.
