Adecco Human Resources is currently searching and hiring, through it's SharedService Center Recruitment team, English Speaking candidates for a role of Intercompany Billing Officer in Oeiras. Descrição/Funções: Key Areas of Responsibility: -Register the invoices received in the control file -Ensure correct booking of invoices -Print debit notes -Match debit notes and original invoice -Send documents to countries -Ensure correct booking of invoices -Validate invoices -Analyse discrepancies of automatic integration CB4F -Liaise with colleagues in other countries/teams to solve issues with invoices (Answer of Queries) -Make sure the SLA's achievements Requisitos: Key Skills: -English proficiency required -Strong team spirit -Attention to detail -Fast processing -Minimum of High School diploma -Experience in use of MS Office -Good communication skills, proactive and problem solving skills -Proven ability to meet deadlines Oferece-se: We offer: •Opportunity to work in a reference company in its sector; •Salary conditions compatible with professional experience; •Dynamic and versatile work environment; •Work contract with our client; •Initial and continuous training.
