Job Opportunity Invoice Quality Control Analyst (Junior) Location: Lisbon Start Date: ASAP Duration: 1 year About the Role We are looking for a Junior Invoice Quality Control Analyst to join our Cost Accounting Operations (CAO) team. In this role, you will support the Accounts Payable activities, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and quality of invoice data processed daily. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to help maintain efficient and compliant accounting operations. Main Responsibilities Identify, complete, and request missing information found during the paper invoice dematerialization process performed by an external company (CEGEDIM). Review and validate invoices received via PDF by email, ensuring compliance with established procedures. Collaborate with CAO teams to support smooth daily operations. Contribute to maintaining data accuracy and improving internal processes. Technical Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Office Pack). Basic understanding of Accounting and Finance. Language Skills English: Practical working level (spoken and written). Soft Skills Strong attention to detail and rigor. Excellent organizational skills. Team-oriented and collaborative mindset. Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
