Descrição da Função

Sodexo Business Services (SBS) is currently looking for a self-driven IS&T Junior Controlling to join our growing IT Data Hub services team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Purchase order follow-up (request of Purchase (PO) and make good receipt before invoicing) • Follow-up timesheet activities • Follow-up on billing disputes with the finance team and suppliers • Compare monthly financial statements and recharging • Monitor what has been already serviced and the check correlation with the budget • Follow up on the renewed contractor’s statement of work • Preparation of quarterly closings • Assistance in preparing annual budgets • Monitoring of investments (CAPEX) (preparation of commissioning reports for fixed assets and monitoring of depreciation) PROFILE • Solid educational background in Finance and Accounting (Business school / Master in Finance or equivalent) • Minimum of 3 years of experience (audit, consolidation or accounting department) • Strong problem-solving skills, accuracy and attention to detail required. • Robust financial analysis skills, with an aptitude for financial modelling and analysis (including Advanced Excel skills an advantage) • Ability to work diligently and effectively with all levels within the organisation including Board members, Executive Committee and stakeholders across the Group, independently and as a team • Fluency in English • Rigorous and reliable in your work, ability to handle confidential information • Excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills: a natural ability to champion and promote ideas and inspire change • Demonstrate pro-activeness, critical thinking, effective time management and active listening skills • Motivated by working in an international context & enjoy working in a diverse team. • Compliant with Sodexo values.
