We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. About the project: You will be providing services for clients of an American multinational technology corporation headquartered in Redmond, Washington. Company's best-known software products are the line of operating systems, the suite of productivity applications, and the web browser. Its flagship hardware products are the video game consoles and the lineup of touchscreen personal computers. What you will be doing: Advice and support from company's partner companies on questions about products and services, Contact by telephone (inbound and outbound), as well as in writing by email or online chat, Handling questions about current company's products, Customer-oriented solution finding for all inquiries, but not sales. Requirements: - Fluency in English (must be at least C1-C2 level) and Portuguese (C1-C2 level), - Tech Background 1 to 2 years, preferably in security and system administration, - Tech Support Experience 1 to 2 years in TI Team, - Proficiency in analysis and problem solving, - Nice to have: Experience on Windows Server, Windows Client, Active Directory and, or Azure Active Directory Administration. What you will gain: - Full time contract, - Salary: 1386.77 euros gross / month, - Health insurance provided by the employer.
