The main projects are based in delivering innovative technology solutions and support to the world’s leading manufacturing, life sciences, consumer goods, chemical and retail companies. We are looking for a QAE Automation - Test Manager with more than 5 years of experience that works independently and with a good level of communication. Role: Project, develop and support of IT tools for Human Resources and communication businesses. What will you do? - Work closely w/ the business teams, PM and service manager to improve and transform IT solutions - Support and advisory role in your area - Definition and analysis of needs, the design of solutions in collaboration with other departments of the IT department - Documentation and maintenance of the processes of solutions in your scope are the foundations of your activity - Close Relationship w/ business and PM - Perform verification test and support the user accept tests execution - Take on a coordinator role for complex enhancements in HR, communication and learning when a professional PM is not required - Experience on SuccessFactors, ideally on EC and interfaces design to/from SuccessFactors - Experience as a coordinator or project manager What are we looking for? - Experience w/ one or more SuccessFactors modules - Experience in interface design - Fluent in English & French - Senior: +5 years of experience What can you expect from us? - A permanent job contract for a long term project - Tech equipment + SIM Card + personal smartphone - Health and Life Insurance - Social events and team buildings - The commitment of letting you grow with us, and be rewarded accordingly - A dynamic and young team that will be always there to support you - Training in the latest technologies - Coffee, fruits, snacks and a warm welcoming when you pass by the office
