Descrição da Função

Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile: Main Tasks and Responsibilities: * Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders, defining functional and non-functional specifications; * Map current operational processes (AS-IS) and design optimized future workflows (TO-BE) to identify automation opportunities; * Elaborate comprehensive functional documentation, including use cases, user stories, process flows, and business rules; * Accompany the development lifecycle, validating requirement implementation, and actively participating in backlog refinement. Profile: * Degree in Computer Science or similar; * Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, process modeling, and requirements documentation; * Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence; * Competency in SQL and data analysis practices will be highly valued; * Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with a proven capability to decompose complex problems; * Detail-oriented profile with a strong ability to identify technical dependencies and impact across business processes.
