Descrição da Função

Based in our Lisbon Office, in this position you will be reporting to the IT Services Lead, who is based in Lisbon. You will be directly supporting our Lisbon Office Team and some minor support to the Madrid Office. Your team is responsible for providing technical assistance on computer systems and similar, serving as the first contact for our internal users, always looking to optimize their lives. Responsibilities • Provide and manage technical support to company staff on all company-supported applications and hardware such as Office 365, laptop computers, mobile devices, and related technologies. • Installation, Administration, Maintenance of Computers and Software; • IT Park Management - management of computer and IT materials, according to the needs; • Proactively identify opportunities to evolve and improve the IT support delivery systems; • Maintenance of institutional websites (WordPress) Education • Specific intermediate vocational training or Engineering Degree Skills & Knowledge • English (written and spoken) mandatory; • Portuguese (written and spoken) mandatory; • Entrepreneurship, tenacity, proactive attitude and creative thinking; • Ability to work with a team and by objectives;
