Triangle Talent Solutions is recruiting an IT Infrastructure Technician – Data Center (M/F/D) for a client company. FUNCTIONS Support the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of data center infrastructures, including physical servers, virtualization, storage, and backup systems. Perform installation, technical support, and troubleshooting activities in VMware, HPE, and/or Dell environments. Participate in the installation, configuration, and patching of servers and operating systems. Support the execution and maintenance of backup projects. Collaborate on technology upgrade, migration, and capacity expansion projects. Ensure the maintenance and updating of technical documentation, contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes. Work closely with senior infrastructure and automation teams, focusing on continuous technical evolution. PROFILE Academic background in areas related to Computer Engineering, Networks, or Systems. Basic knowledge of data center infrastructure and server technologies (HPE ProLiant, Dell PowerEdge, or equivalents). Knowledge of VMware vSphere/ESXi virtualization, including installation, monitoring, and updates. Knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems. General understanding of networks, security, and storage (SAN/NAS). Good problem-solving and logical reasoning skills. Strong desire to learn and evolve in complex technical environments. Good organizational skills and high attention to detail. Team spirit and openness to collaboration with more experienced technicians. Methodical approach and high sense of operational responsibility. Focus on service quality and internal/external customer satisfaction. Fluent Portuguese (required). English with a minimum level of B2/C1 (required).
