Triangle Talent Solutions is recruiting an IT Process & Operations Specialist (M/F/D) for a client company. FUNCTIONS Define, document, and maintain standardized IT processes across the organization. Manage software license compliance and ensure adherence to contractual and regulatory requirements . Oversee relationships, performance, and contracts with strategic suppliers. Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with internal and external standards (ITIL / ITSM frameworks). Participate in decision-making processes with significant financial and operational impact. Identify risks, inefficiencies, and compliance gaps, proposing corrective actions where necessary. PROFILE Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience. Proven experience managing complex processes with high functional and financial impact. Strong ability to produce clear, structured manuals, procedures, and executive-level reports. Solid experience in ITSM environments, with hands-on use of service management tools such as ServiceNow or BMC Remedy for managing incidents, changes, and problems. Experience coordinating multiple suppliers, negotiating contracts, and monitoring SLAs. Strong understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Configuration Management. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify operational risks, inefficiencies, and compliance gaps. Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory.
