Descrição da Função

IT House is looking for an IT Project Manager for a client in the insurance sector. Responsibilities - Coordination with multiple contributors, including business analysis, development, and IT operations, to ensure efficient project execution; - Definition and management of comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation approaches; - Organization of communication and coordination mechanisms across stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment; - Monitoring of project progress, identification of issues, and implementation of corrective actions to maintain alignment with objectives; - Preparation and dissemination of status updates and reporting to relevant stakeholders; - Delivery of IT projects within agreed scope, budget, and timeline constraints; - Structured stakeholder communication framework ensuring visibility and alignment; - Identification and mitigation of risks throughout the project lifecycle; - Contribution to continuous improvement and optimization of project management practices. Profile - Academic background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related domain; - Recognized project management certification (PMP or equivalent); - Minimum of 5 years' expertise in IT project management; - Proficiency in project management tools and software; - Ability to structure and formalize communication with stakeholders; - Knowledge of Service Now; - Demonstrated expertise in managing complex IT projects within dynamic environments; - Fluent in spoken and written English.
