Descrição da Função

Randstad Digital is recruiting a IT Project Manager for direct integration, in a company located in Coimbra e Lisboa Hybrid work model (3 days on-site; 2 days remote / week).

Perfil

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, orrelated fields.
• Experience in project management within technologyorengineering environments.
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability tolead multidisciplinary teams and engage stakeholders effectively.
• Experience managing project scope, schedule, resources, risks, and changes.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience in Aerospace, Space, or Defense projects (plus).
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certifications (plus).

Competências

• Leading projects from kick-off to closure, ensuring delivery on time, onquality, and within budget.
• Planning and coordinating project activities, resources, schedules, and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitoring project progress and implementing corrective actions to ensure successful delivery.
• Managing customer relationships andmaintainingalignment with businessobjectives.
• Identifyingand managing project risks, opportunities, and change requests.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers to achieve project goals.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to operational excellence.
