We are looking for a Project Manager with solid experience in IT project management to lead SAP and/or Salesforce implementation projects in demanding and dynamic environments. This role requires strong coordination skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver end-to-end digital transformation initiatives. Responsibilities: Project Management & Delivery - Manage SAP and/or Salesforce implementation projects end to end. - Plan, control, and monitor project scope, timelines, costs, and risks. - Ensure project execution aligns with defined objectives and quality standards. - Manage scope changes and proactively mitigate project risks. - Ensure client satisfaction and high-quality project deliverables. Stakeholder & Team Coordination - Act as the main point of contact between clients, internal stakeholders, and technical teams. - Coordinate multidisciplinary teams in complex and demanding environments. - Lead project status meetings and ensure clear and accurate project reporting. - Maintain strong communication channels with all project stakeholders. Governance & Reporting: - Track project progress and KPIs. - Prepare and present regular project status reports. - Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices. - Support continuous improvement within project delivery processes. Required Profile - Academic background in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems Management, or similar areas. - Up to 7–8 years of experience in IT project management. - Experience in digital transformation projects. - Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). - Experience managing multiple stakeholders in complex environments. - Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. - Proven ability to manage scope, risks, and delivery timelines. Technical & Functional Experience - Experience in SAP and/or Salesforce implementation projects (valued). - Knowledge of SAP and/or Salesforce ecosystems (valued). - Experience working in IT-driven and enterprise environments. Certifications (Valued) - Project Management certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, PMI-ACP). - SAP and/or Salesforce certifications or formal training. Languages - Good level of English (spoken and written). Location - Lisbon Work Arrangement - Hybrid model (2–3 days per week on-site in Lisbon) What can you expect from us?
