Adecco is recruiting an IT Recruiter (M/F) at an international company in the Banking Support Activities field. Descrição/Funções >> Tasked with handling and supporting recruitment and the administrative aspects; >> Within the Sourcing team, the person will be responsible for - Providing the best talents by successfully using Outbound / Inbound recruitment; - Building pipelines and manage pools of candidates according to the hiring plan; - Driving the recruitment cycle from candidate identification to onboarding; - Keeping track of the recruitment market development; - Representing the team in internal and external recruitment events; - Improving the recruitment process and its metrics. Requisitos - Degree in Management, HR or Social Sciences; - Experience of minimum one year in IT Recruitment (mandatory); - Rack record of delivering in a fast-paced growth environment; - Experience in creating/managing candidate pipelines and/or recruiting international candidates. - Result oriented and good writing skills - Good level of English - minimum B2 (mandatory); - Knowledge of French would be highly valued; Oferece-se - Work with a diverse environment; - Opportunity for personal and professional growth; - A hybrid working model onsite and offsite work; - An exciting working experience; - Daily meal allowance;
