Descrição da Função

As an IT Trainee, you will embark on an exciting journey within our Innovation & Data Driven Insights Team. You will have the opportunity to develop technical and functional knowledge in several areas while interacting with our teams in Singapore and Germany. In your new role, you will: Build and maintain data models and data visualizations for process mining; Support users using process mining; Support regular monitoring, maintenance, and scalability of the IT Infrastructure components (e.g., Application Servers, Databases, ETL layer, etc); Assure availability, integrity, and quality of required data in a dedicated database and prepare the data for use by the process mining platform; Create technical documentation. Your profile You have good communication skills and a unique team spirit mindset. With a proactive and structured working attitude, you are willing to learn and grow, especially in multicultural contexts. You are best equipped for this position if you have: A degree in Software Engineering, IT Administration, or Data Engineering; Data manipulation skills for at least one well-known database system, like Oracle or MS SQL (T-SQL, stored procedures, DBT – Data Build Tool); Knowledge of ETL tools, methods, and/or middleware (e.g., MS SSIS) would be an advantage; Experience in at least one programming language is a plus; Fluency in English.
