Triangle Talent Solutions is recruiting an IT Workplace & Support Analyst (M/F/D) for a client company. FUNCTIONS Lead workplace IT and meeting-room collaboration support. Deliver top-tier VIP and executive support, ensuring a seamless and high-quality user experience . Coordinate effectively with suppliers and technical teams to resolve incidents in a timely manner. Prioritize and manage tasks efficiently in high-demand, mission-critical situations. Communicate clearly with stakeholders and proactively identify and resolve issues. Maintain operational excellence in fast-paced and critical environments. PROFILE 2–5 years of experience in operational IT support, with exposure to end users and critical systems. Hands-on experience in advanced technical support, supplier coordination, and workplace/collaboration solutions. Strong user-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high service quality. Proven experience supporting executives or VIP users. Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders and technical teams. Excellent organizational skills with strong priority management capabilities. Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills. Flexibility, resilience, and composure in critical operational contexts. Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory.
