We are looking for a Back-office/ Administrative Assistant fluent in Italian and English for a client in the city of Porto. Are you interested? Apply now! The purpose of the role is to: Preparing customs entry documentation based on paperwork supplied with the shipment; Checking if all customs documentation is completed correctly; Contacting customers by email to provide any missing or unclear information necessary to allow customs clearance; Ensuring accuracy within a fast-paced goal orientated environment. NOT CALL CENTER You need to be: Fluent in Italian (at least a B2 level) and good knowledge of English; Team player with can-do attitude; Customer focused with excellent communication skills; Good computer skills including Microsoft Office; Willing to develop in a multinational/ multicultural environment.
