We are looking for Italian Speakers to work in Content Moderation for a client in the city of Lisbon. 100% Onsite work mode: Monday- Sunday (Rotative Shifts 24/7) Are you interested? Apply now! The purpose of the role is to: Review, classificate and eliminate content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels. Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team. Participate in process improvement initiatives that improve quality and efficiency of work. Participate in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions for optimal development in the role. Engage in conversation around socially sensitive topics with the purpose of keeping the communities safe. NOT CALL CENTER You need to be/have: Fluent in Italian (at least a B2/C1 level) and good knowledge of English; Completed Education (12º year- minimum); Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills; Excellent attention to detail and strong critical thinking and decision-making skills; Deep familiarity and passion for the internet, diferent platforms and its culture; Able to work well individually and as part of a team and to work different rotations/shifts.
