On behalf of our client, we are seeking a dedicated Italian-speaking Supervisor (with at least 6 months of previous leadership experience) in this position to join their team in overseeing a project for a leading global beauty company with over 110 years of expertise in understanding and fulfilling the diverse desires and aspirations of consumers worldwide. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Engagement: Oversee and manage interactions with customers through various channels, including live chat, phone, emails, web forms, and social media platforms. 2. Issue Resolution: Ensure the team handles consumer requests efficiently, providing accurate information, resolving complaints, and delivering exceptional customer service solutions. 3. Expert Advice: Guide the team in offering professional, accurate, and timely product and beauty advice to customers, enhancing their experience and satisfaction. 4. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the customer service team, ensuring high performance, adherence to company standards, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. 5. Reporting and Analysis: Monitor team performance, compile reports, and analyze customer interactions to improve service delivery and operational efficiency. Qualifications: Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in Italian and a strong command of English (B2 level). At leats 6 months of previous experience as a Team Leader in a contact centre environment Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to empathize and engage effectively with customers. Customer-Centric Approach: Strong orientation towards customer satisfaction, with outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Technical Proficiency: Competent IT skills, including the ability to efficiently use reporting tools and manage customer interaction platforms. Availability: Willingness to work onsite at our client's offices in Porto, with the flexibility to work in shifts. In possession of EU member state passport or of a valid Portuguese Residence Permit Working Hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional hour for lunch), with shifts available Monday to Sunday from 08:00 to 20:00.
