Randstad Digital is hiring a Java Backend developer for a client in the aviation industry.

Perfil

• Key Responsibilities:
• Architect and develop scalable, Java-based backend systems for real-time global aviation data processing.
• Solve complex challenges in algorithms, system performance, and database optimization.
• Build and scale data pipelines using MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and Kafka.
• Implement best practices for software architecture, code quality, and cybersecurity.
• Deploy and manage applications within a Linux environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate distributed services.

Competências

• 5+ years of backend software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong expertise in Java and its ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, SQL/NoSQL databases, and message brokers.
• Strong problem-solving skills focused on algorithms and performance optimization.
• Fluent English for direct technical communication with U.S. clients.
• Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to new technologies.
