Descrição da Função

Profile: - Around 10 years of professional experience in full-stack development; - Solid experience in backend development using Java; - Advanced experience in frontend development using React.js; - Solid knowledge of software architecture and the design of full-stack solutions; - Experience with IAM/SSO, notably Okta, OAuth/OIDC and authorisation; - Knowledge of designing authorisation servers and implementing access controls; - Experience in identifying and resolving performance, scalability and security issues; - Experience with SonarQube and Snyk, and code quality and security practices; - Experience in code reviews and defining development standards; - Ability to provide technical leadership and mentor developers; - Experience in drafting technical documentation and Architecture Decision Records (ADRs); - Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with architects and various stakeholders; - Fluency in Portuguese and English (C1). Responsibilities: - Lead the architecture and implementation of complex full-stack features; - Oversee the IAM/SSO strategy, including the design of authorisation servers in Okta, the architecture of OIDC flows and the definition of access controls via Maison; - Define and promote front-end engineering standards in React.js, including authentication patterns, state management and performance optimisation; - Participate in technical and architectural discussions with architects, contributing to long-term decisions and the technology roadmap; - Produce Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) and technical documentation associated with the solutions; Identify and resolve performance, scalability and security issues across the entire stack; - Lead code review processes and promote the adoption of quality and automation practices, notably through SonarQube and Snyk; - Mentor Confirmed and Junior developers, contributing to the team’s technical development; - Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, runbooks and onboarding materials; - Contribute to the definition and development of the team’s engineering standards.
