People Conquest: We are looking for a Receptionist to join our river cruise operations team. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist passengers upon arrival; Perform check-in procedures and verify reservations; Provide information about cruises, schedules, and onboard services; Support passenger boarding and disembarkation; Handle customer inquiries in person, by phone, and via email; Ensure a high level of customer service and guest satisfaction. Requirements: Excellent communication and customer service skills; Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus); Professional appearance and positive attitude; Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; Availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays; Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, or reception roles is preferred.
