Descrição da Função
Our client is a prestigious industrial group, a leader in its sector, and is currently seeking to recruit a Junior Master Data Analyst & Auditor to join their team in Cascais. Job Summary This role will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and quality of master data within SAP, supporting business operations through effective data governance and maintenance. This role is also responsible for creating, updating, and managing master data in line with the company´s standards, providing user support, resolving data-related issues, performing system testing and configuration activities, and contributing to process improvements. The position also supports logistics audits and helps ensure compliance with organizational practices, procedures, and data management standards. Key tasks & Activities - Create, update, and maintain SAP master data in line with company´s standards; - Receives requests from users by ticketing system (OTRS), classifies ticked depending of service and functionalites; - Understands and applies company´s methodologies and procedures, by respecting the Service Level Objectives (SLO) define; - Assists with responding to user requirements and problem resolution related with master data; - Participate in logistics internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures; - Assess the accuracy of logistics processes and data both physically and within SAP; - Support SAP master data configuration across modules, including SAP MM, PM, PP, and QM; - Perform corrective, preventive, and evolutive maintenance of master data; - Support corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives resulting from audit findings; - Work closely with plants, central teams, and system owners to support business requirements; - Deliver end-user training and promote knowledge sharing on master data processes and best practices. Requirements - Recent Degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field; - Experience working with business processes, data governance, and systems administration is an advantage; - Exposure to manufacturing environments, supply chain operations and data analysis is an advantage; - Availability for occasional international travel (Europe & Americas); - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, SAP / Power BI is a plus; - Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory); - Detail-oriented, organized, and highly accurate in routine and repetitive work; - Resilient and able to remain focused and motivated when performing structured, process-driven activities; - Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for data quality; - Effective communication skills and a customer-service mindset; - Comfortable collaborating with plants, central teams, and cross-functional stakeholders; - Proactive, dependable, and committed to continuous improvement.
