Descrição da Função

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile: Main Tasks and Responsibilities: * Support and maintain enterprise network infrastructures, including switches, routers, wireless devices, and firewalls; * Perform network troubleshooting and incident resolution across LAN/WAN environments; * Assist with network configurations, implementations, and infrastructure changes; * Collaborate with Network and IT teams to ensure network availability, performance, and security. Requirements: * Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field; * 1+ year of experience in Network Engineering, Network Administration, or IT Infrastructure support; * Basic hands-on experience with network equipment such as switches, routers, wireless devices, and firewalls; * Knowledge of LAN/WAN concepts, TCP/IP, VLANs, switching, routing fundamentals, and network troubleshooting; * Experience with networking technologies such as Cisco, Aruba, Meraki, Fortinet, or similar solutions is a plus; * Familiarity with network monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting processes; * Basic understanding of network security concepts, including firewalls, VPNs, and access control; * Experience supporting enterprise environments or Data Center environments is a plus; * Good analytical and problem-solving skills; * Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team; * Good communication and organizational skills; * Advanced English.
