Descrição da Função

"The Junior Strategic Project Manager will work directly with Senior Strategic Project Managers and C-Level executives, supporting the execution of strategic projects that have a direct impact on the business. This role offers broad exposure across departments and the opportunity to work alongside key internal and external stakeholders. ROLE: Collaborate with department managers and executive leadership to advance strategic initiatives; Produce analytical reports and data-driven recommendations for strategic planning; Support the resolution of key business challenges affecting multiple departments; Ensure effective management of timelines, resources, and project budgets. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong academic performance in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related disciplines; Excellent strategic reasoning and analytical problem-solving capabilities; Leadership mindset, strong accountability, and ability to work with minimal supervision; Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments while managing several projects concurrently.
