Descrição da Função

"The Junior Strategic Project Manager will report directly to Senior Strategic Project Managers or C-Level executives and will contribute to the implementation of high-priority strategic initiatives across the organization. The role requires collaboration with internal departments and, when necessary, external partners and stakeholders. ROLE: Partner with department heads and senior leadership to support the execution of strategic priorities; Generate analytical insights and recommendations to support business strategy; Identify and address operational and strategic issues across the organization; Coordinate project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery. QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent academic background in Business, Economics, Engineering, or similar areas; Demonstrated ability to think critically, analyze information, and solve complex problems; Strong sense of ownership, leadership skills, and capacity to work independently; Comfortable working in dynamic environments and handling multiple initiatives at the same time.
