Our client is currently seeking dedicated professionals who are willing to work from Portugal. The job • You will be part of a team, ensuring a competent and friendly customer service experience over the phone and via e-mail. Part of your daily activities will be: • Listen to customers’ questions and concerns, and provide answers and solutions; • Troubleshooting regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns; • Provide information about products; Your Profile •Fluent written and verbal communication skills in German; •Moderate English skills (B2 level); •Excellent communication skills; •Experience in telephone customer service / call center environment (preferred). Working hours • 40 Hours per week on a rotational shift pattern Contract details • Fixed-term, renewable employment contract; • Initial contract with a duration of 12 months; • Permanent employment contract after 2 years; • Private health insurance directly after contract
