Descrição da Função

Profile: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field; - At least 3 years of experience in NOC operations, network engineering or IT support roles; - Solid knowledge of networking technologies, SDH, DWDM, IP, Ethernet, MPLS; - Experience with monitoring and maintaining telecom and subsea systems (PFE, SLTE, OTDR, OSA); - Familiarity with facility monitoring systems (UPS, DC power, HVAC, fire/security systems); - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tools like VISIO or AutoCAD; - Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills; - Proactive, adaptable and able to work under pressure; - Willingness to work in 24x7 rotating shifts; - Fluency in English; - Fluency in Portuguese and/or Spanish. Responsibilities: - Monitor network infrastructure and auxiliary systems on a 24x7 basis; - Detect, analyse and respond swiftly to incidents, faults, and performance anomalies; - Execute provisioning, testing and delivery of new customer services within defined SLAs; - Participate in the preparation, testing and implementation of infrastructure to support EllaLink's operations; - Perform root cause analysis and provide detailed incident reporting; - Coordinate and escalate incidents to level 2 or external providers when required; - Manage change control and ensure adherence to approved maintenance plans; - Serve as a first-line point of contact for both internal and external customers; - Maintain operational documentation, procedures and performance reports; - Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure and third-party suppliers to resolve recurring issues and ensure SLA compliance.
