Descrição da Função

Profile: - Over 7 years of experience in developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales and related modules); - Solid experience in technically leading Power Platform-based solutions, including Power Automate and Model-Driven Apps; - Advanced proficiency in configuring Model-Driven Apps (Tables, Columns, Forms, Views, Business Rules, and Security Roles); - Strong background in JavaScript and C#, with proven experience in Web Resources, Plugins, and Custom Workflow Activities; - Ability to design, implement, and validate scalable, secure, and high-performance technical architectures; - Leadership of code reviews, definition of technical guidelines and development frameworks; - Ability to mentor and technically develop the team, promoting growth and autonomy; - Strong interaction with business and technical stakeholders Technical decision-making ability; - Experience with integration patterns and cloud environments; - Fluency in English. Responsibilities: - Technical leadership of the solution; - Technical quality assurance; - Translation of business requirements into technical solutions; - Design and implementation of complex customizations and integrations; - Team mentoring and growth; - Technical decision-making and trade-off management; - Alignment with architecture and platform.
