Descrição da Função

Profile: - 8+ years of experience in Full Stack Development or Frontend Platform Development roles; - Strong expertise in modern frontend architectures and component-based development; - Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular, Svelte, Ember or similar; - Deep knowledge of Server-Side Rendering (SSR) architectures and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) patterns; - Experience with reusable module integration, package management and platform governance; - Strong understanding of semantic versioning, dependency management and package publishing workflows; - Expertise in API integration, including REST APIs, authentication protocols and API orchestration; - Advanced knowledge of caching strategies, CDN integration and performance optimization; - Experience with CMS and Digital Experience Platforms such as Optimizely, Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful or Drupal; - Knowledge of CI/CD processes and production deployment workflows; - Proven experience leading technical teams in complex enterprise environments; - Strong communication, mentoring and stakeholder management skills; - English level B2 or higher. Responsibilities: - Lead the design and integration of frontend platform components, backend APIs, SSR capabilities and caching solutions; - Define and enforce architectural standards, integration guidelines and governance processes; - Oversee reusable module lifecycle management, versioning and package publishing strategies; - Implement best practices for API integrations, caching mechanisms and production deployments; - Collaborate with development teams, API teams, CMS stakeholders and governance bodies; - Lead the resolution of complex technical challenges related to SSR, caching and module integration; - Ensure platform stability, scalability and performance across multiple applications; - Mentor and support developers, promoting technical excellence and knowledge sharing; - Review and validate technical solutions to ensure alignment with architectural principles; - Support CI/CD processes and continuous improvement initiatives; - Drive technical decision-making and contribute to the long-term evolution of the Digital Experience Platform.
