Descrição da Função

Profile: - Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field; - Minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce development; - Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integrations; - Hands-on experience with unit testing, defect analysis, and bug fixing; - Good knowledge of Git, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines; - Experience using JavaScript and HTML to customize templates and troubleshoot campaign behavior; - Strong leadership and team guidance skills; - Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I e II or CTA (nice to have); - Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week in Lisbon); - Fluency in English (B2 level or higher). Responsibilities: - Lead the design, implementation, and unit testing of Salesforce solutions; - Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation; - Deliver Salesforce parameterization according to requirements and standards; - Implement integrations and interfaces within the Salesforce ecosystem; - Execute unit testing, analyze defects, and implement fixes; - Define and review test cases; - Support and guide development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
