Adecco Recruitment is currently recruiting for a globally footprinted company in the online advertising and traffic management industry, actively shaping the iGaming sector. Currently, we are seeking to recruit a Learning and Development Coordinator (M/F). Day to Day       Build strong connections with the relevant departments.      Implement appropriate people management strategies for each team.      Recruitment operations for the departments;   Evaluate training gaps and suggest corrections.   Building and evolving the People Department at the company.      Launch projects in areas such as HRIT Systems implementation and definitions;      Build the Employee Value Proposition (EVP);      Working on projects such as compensation policy, travel policy and recruitment. Who Were Looking For       A dynamic professional who wants to work in a young company with classic structures.      Experience above 3 years in Human Resources in a structured environment (Mandatory).      Someone with an interest in continuous improvement.      Fluent in English (Mandatory).      Knowledge of best practices in HR.
