About the role: Manage high-impact strategic projects, reporting directly to the CEO Analyze business challenges and provide actionable solutions across departments Plan, coordinate, and ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and scope Collaborate with executives to align initiatives with company vision and objectives Deliver insights and recommendations based on data analysis to guide strategy Monitor project progress, risks, and resource allocation Engage with external partners and consultants for project execution when needed Contribute to shaping company strategy and long-term business priorities Lead teams with a focus on efficiency, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration Degree in Business, Engineering or related field; MBA a plus; 3+ years experience; analytical, strategic, and proactive
